Timir Chokshi is a global go-to-market and business development executive with over 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and international expansion across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of ThinkRhythm Consulting, Timir advises early-stage ventures and SMBs across industries including SaaS, telecom, and hospitality. His work spans go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, channel development, and market intelligence—helping clients align vision with execution and scale across borders.

Timir has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Advantech Wireless Technologies and Communications & Power Industries, where he consistently led multimillion-dollar growth initiatives, developed high-performing cross-functional teams, and closed complex deals in diverse global markets. Timir brings a deep understanding of multicultural business dynamics and cross-border collaboration.

Timir speaks six languages and has visited over 45 countries across 5 continents as part of his professional as well as personal endeavors. His understanding and ability to navigate multi-cultural environments are key to his success in the business world.

Timir holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree in International Business from San Jose State University.  

Outside of his professional life, Timir is a passionate musician and lifelong traveler. A versatile vocalist since the late 1980s, he has performed in a wide range of styles from classical and pop to musical theater, both as a soloist and in ensembles. He recently added the ukulele to his musical repertoire and continues to find joy and inspiration through music. A dedicated explorer, Timir also enjoys traveling the world, seeking out new cultures, cuisines, and connections that inform both his personal and professional life.
